- Coaching is carried out on a one to one basis, in-person or online.
- The number of sessions in the coaching process depends on the issues, challenges and opportunities you wish to explore.
- Coaching starts with a one to one Check In Session to explore what coaching is, and what it isn’t, to give you space to outline the areas you would like to explore and work through.
- The initial session is followed by a number of sessions of 75 minutes, over a number of months. Typically there are 6 sessions, to build momentum and integrate any actions or changes into your life.
- Depending on the issues you want to explore, a smaller number of sessions may be appropriate.
- After each session I will follow up with you by email to clarify agreed actions. I will make contact with you between sessions to check in with you and offer further support.
